Getting started When you join Concorde, we will give you full in-house training so you can familiarise yourself with your role, team and department. Over the first six months, product specialists, vendors and mentors will help you to learn all of the core skills you will need.
Long-term development We hold individual performance reviews regularly to make sure we are getting the most out of you. They give you the opportunity to set goals for yourself and get feedback on your continued progress.
