Durham based Banks Group has become the latest customer to join Concorde for their Hardware Maintenance. Banks Group develop land for a variety of uses including residential and commercial property, surface mining, renewable energy and energy from waste.
CITG will provide maintenance on Dell servers and EMC Storage at various sites providing a bespoke Monday to Saturday, 8am to 10pm support service. Head of IT, Jon Barnett commented:
