Lenovo appoint Concorde as authorised Service Provider

Concorde IT Group announced today that it has been appointed as an Authorised Lenovo Service Provider adding to the recent announcements concerning HP and Websense - thereby increasing Concorde's ability to provide total support for a strategic range of best of breed vendors.

Authorised Service Providers are able to carry out warranty repairs on the complete range of desktops and notebooks. 

 Ian Morley, Concorde's Group Customer Services Manager says "we are very pleased to have achieved this accreditation, as it enhances our capability to deliver a seamless and timely service to all our customers that have Lenovo equipment that is still under warranty. Once warranty expires we can then easily add equipment to service contracts to be able to deliver continuous support".
