Colne Valley Specialist Arts College turns to Concorde for improved IT Support

Colne Valley Specialist Arts College values are very simple. Every student is encouraged and challenged to do their very best and Colne Valley expects the same of its supplier partnerships. 

The incumbent supplier for the colleges IT service and support did not live up to these values so the school went out to tender to find a new supplier who could deliver on their promises and work in partnership with them. 

Colne Valley was looking for a supplier who could deliver unlimited telephone support for their internal IT team, remote monitoring of their server estate, hardware maintenance for all the colleges’ computing and network equipment - all to be covered Monday to Friday on a strict 4 hour response. 

Concorde IT Group demonstrated an understanding of Colne Valley College’s requirements and daily challenges and was awarded the contract based on a commitment to deliver on the SLA’s requested. 

In addition Colne Valley chose Concorde’s proposed MirrorVault Managed Service backup solution to provide automated secure off site backup enabling the College to have a workable Disaster Recovery strategy.   

As part of the overall contract, Concorde included engineering resource and consultancy expertise to assist the school during the 3 year contract period, with any transitions to new hardware infrastructure or software deployment.
