Concorde to serve future workforce with great Interserve win

Concorde IT Group has recently won a new contract with Interserve Working Futures, a provider of employment services as part of the government’s Work Programme initiative.

With over 28 years of experience in the field, Concorde will roll out their Hardware Support Service across 14 Interserve sites in England and Wales. Concorde is a leading IT Support and Managed Service Provider that delivers cost effective and innovative IT solutions to businesses across the country, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Terry Foster, Service Delivery Manager at Interserve,  co-ordinates the IT infrastructure for the company and  is delighted to welcome Concorde as their new IT partner at the end of July.

“We’re really quite excited about the new contract. Our previous IT maintenance contract was up for renewal and compared to other bidders, Concorde offered an extremely cost effective service. For us though, what is really appealing is the flexibility with which Concorde operates and their dedication to providing the best possible customer care.”

A partner in the Government’s flagship Work Programme, Interserve aims to get long term unemployed individuals back into sustainable employment. Like most businesses, their IT system is core to everything that they do and so it’s vital that equipment is efficient, secure and fully operational.
