Leeds Building Society invests in Concorde by transferring IT service

For Leeds Building Society, keeping up to date with technology is key and so when the contract for the support of their IT equipment was drawing to a close, an open tender was issued inviting IT providers to bid to supply the service.

Due to the nature of their business, the successful bidder had to demonstrate their ability to deliver an efficient and reliable service with a quick turnaround. Concorde IT Group proved their capabilities and won the tender! 

Concorde has over 28 years’ experience in building longstanding relationships and delivering IT solutions to some of the largest brands in the UK. As an IT Support and Managed Services provider, Concorde offers services around IT security, hardware maintenance, virtualisation and storage, hosting and cloud and disaster recovery.

Part of Leeds Building Society’s ongoing commitment to their 1,000 colleagues and 700,000 members is to provide an expanding range of services through secure, easy to use systems that are available whenever they are needed.  Concorde’s Hardware Maintenance service will ensure that the Society is able to deliver exactly that.

In addition, the Leeds Building Society’s IT team will be supported by Concorde’s manned Service Desk Centre and secure online support portal.
