Concorde cleans up with Johnson Cleaners

Last month saw the beginning of a new alliance between Concorde IT Group and the UK’s Number one in Garment and textile care, Johnson Cleaners that will ensure the safeguarding of equipment in over 340 branches nation-wide.

Johnsons had naturally reached a point where their existing relationship was due to be reviewed and turned to Concorde to take over responsibility for the repairs of their IT equipment.

Concorde is a leading IT Support and Managed Service Provider and will deliver Hardware Maintenance Service’s to support the Epos systems used in retail outlets from Aberdeen to Plymouth.

The service is of real benefit to multi-site businesses, allowing for failing IT equipment at any location to be returned to service within an agreed time scale. It provides reassurance and peace of mind, protection on the investments made in IT equipment and a guarantee that if something goes wrong or breaks, there would be minimum impact on staff and productivity.
