New contracts in excess of £500,000 seal the deal in a cracking year for Concorde

Concorde IT Group enjoyed a positive 2013, bringing in new contracts worth over £500,000.


The Wakefield based IT support and managed services provider landed deals with the likes of Leeds Building Society and national dry cleaning chain Johnsons Cleaners - Kirklees Council and Care Plus Group, a provider of services to the NHS – as well as Express Gifts, one of the largest direct mail order business in the UK and Interserve Working Futures, a contractor of the Government’s Work Programme.

The major contracts reinforce Concorde’s position as a strong national player in the IT sector and add to their portfolio of both public and private customers. Services deployed range from Cloud provision, back-up and disaster recovery, hardware maintenance support and IT consultancy solutions.

Concorde, who provide innovative IT solutions to businesses across the country, has grown rapidly over the past 12 months resulting in a move of headquarters to a much larger Concorde House in Ossett and the creation of several new roles across their six national locations.

In 2013, Concorde welcomed over 50 new customers, completed around 220 IT projects, won several awards and their engineers travelled over 487,000 miles to ensure the functionality of IT systems across the country. 

Group Managing Director Neil Roberts said, “Despite it being a tough economic year, we embraced new challenges, continued to grow by expanding our fantastic team and geographic reach and most importantly, went over and above to meet the requests of our customers.”
