Professional Services overview

Concorde's professional services team support end-user companies through specific initiatives and projects, from consultancy through to IT strategy, design and implementation. Our experienced and accredited project managers engage and manage the activities of our technical consultants working closely with other Concorde teams, client personnel and third parties to deliver complex initiatives and projects on time, and to the agreed budget.

What solutions do we offer?

Concorde professional services operate as a full end to end project management team but we can also provide Technical consultancy expertise to support in-house managed projects.

End-to-end project management

We assign a project manager to manage and ensure that all aspects of the work are planned and executed in a manner that will meet or exceed implementation goals, within the required timeframe and budget. End-to-end project management includes a complete project implementation, defining and agreeing all processes and tools necessary to deliver, monitor and measure the service. Concorde works proactively from the initial inception to implementing a governance model that will underpin the relationships, performance, quality and cost of the services required. Our accredited project managers work closely with other Concorde teams, such as technical architects, presales consultants and logistics to define, agree and implement key success criteria for projects.

Most projects follow a proven seven step methodology:

  • Objectives to achieve the customer's vision
  • Scope definition including locations, integration, training and migration
  • Interrelated project dependencies
  • Identifying and working with project stakeholders
  • Milestones and deliverables
  • Reporting and communication
  • Risk management

Many companies prefer to keep project management in-house, while Concorde supplies a team of technically accredited and experienced IT professional to resource a specific initiative or project. The provision of resources is, by its very nature, a bespoke service but typical expertise includes:

  • General IT engineers
  • Desktop rollout and support engineers
  • Network administration and support engineers
  • Telephony administration and support engineers
  • Security administration and support engineers
  • Bespoke application consultants
  • Technical Architects
  • Presales and Post-Sales Consultants in IT infrastructure, security, telephony and network disciplines
  • Data Centre Consultants
  • Cloud Consultants
  • Transformational Consultants
  • Project Coordinators and Managers
