Please be aware for out of hours cover you must have a valid out of hours contract cover.

For registered users on the CITG Support desk system, calls can be logged or updated by clicking on the link on the left.  If you are not registered and wish to do so please contact your account manager.

To enable us to handle your call efficiently please have the following details when you call

  • CUSTOMER:Please advise of your full customer name and post code where the
  • Faulty equipment is located
  • EQUIPMENT:Please supply model type and serial number
  • ASSET/SERIAL NO:(if applicable)
  • CONTACT NAME: Name of the person who knows about the problem, so that the Engineer can call them for further information.
  • CONTACT NUMBER: Please supply direct number or extension/mobile number.
  • FAULT DESCRIPTION:Please supply full details of fault and also any site 
  • Specific information, access restrictions and downtime.
  • CUSTOMERS CALL REFERENCE: Service Desk call reference where applicable
