No, currently we offer FREE warranty service on HP, Samsung, Toshiba and Sony. We are working with Lenovo and hopefully can provide in warranty services here before the end of April 2012.
I don't live very far away from you, can I bring my laptop in for repair?
Sure, bring it in and we'll take the unit and some details and inform you when its fixed and ready to collect.
Do you do both software and hardware repairs?
Yes of course, Concorde have Microsoft Gold partner accredited engineers and are able to fix software problems easily
Will I know exactly what it will cost before you work on it?
Yes, we will issue a low cost quote as soon as we have diagnosed the problem. You can also check our website for generic repair prices.
What if I feel the cost to fix it isn't worth it?
If you do not want to go ahead with the repair, there is an assessment charge of £29.95 to pay to release the device from our care.
Speaking of my data, is it safe with you?
Yes, before we attempt any repair we ensure the data is safe, if you would like to take advantage of our back up and restore service, there is a small charge for this, click here for generic repair prices.
Do you really serve the entire UK?
Yes, our Leeds, Northampton and Scotland centres accept repairs from all over the world, and for our Concorde on-site customers we have engineers located UK wide to ensure we offer a prompt and efficient nationwide service.
I have an Acer computer under warranty, can you fix it for free?
Unfortunately not, but we can give you the correct details to call the repair centre that can help you with your repair.

My laptop has been in your repair centre for 3 days, how do I find out the progress of it?
With your unique reference number ( on the email confirming your repair details) please use our online tracking tool, submit the number and it will tell you where about it is in the process it is.
