Concorde have over 35 engineers trained with all tier 1 manufacturers to deliver quick response and an accurate diagnosis for all desktop computers. We have access to all tier 1 manufacturer components and due to the volume of repairs we carry out and the strength of our relationships with these manufacturers we are able to pass on the savings and the benefits of our experience to you.

Warranty repairs – Concorde engineers are professionally trained and accredited to the highest levels with the worlds major manufacturers of desktop computers Dell, HP and IBM Lenovo. this means that these manufacturers will allow and support us to provide you repairs on all desktop computers that are under warranty on their behalf. We offer this in warranty service for free to you, simply because the manufacturers pay us to fix the devices rather than you the customer. Enabling you to take full advantage of our friendly support staff, our technical skills and our fast and efficient service.

Some manufacturers offer enhanced or extended warranty terms, By using our warranty check we can check if you have still have these terms available for you to use FOR FREE ! Standard repairs are Return To Base, enhanced repairs are either Collect & Return or On-Site Maintenance”

 

    • “RTB Support – if your unit has RTB support it means that you have to send the unit into our repair centre at your cost, we will repair and return it for free. We can arrange collection on your behalf for a small fee of £20 to save you the hassle of packaging the unit and taking it to the post office.”

 

    • “C&R support - if your unit has C&R support it means that Concorde will collect the unit at a time convenient for you, we will repair and return it for free.”

 

    • “OSM Support – if your unit has OSM support it means that you qualify to have the unit fixed in the comfort of your own home or place of business by a trained engineer free of charge. We will try and match the date and time with a convenient time window for you.

    Out of warranty repairs – Don’t worry if your desktop is not covered by the manufacturers warranty, or you have dropped it or have spilt coffee on the keyboard – the Concorde team will look after you in the exact same way as we do with warranty repairs. We have all the key accreditations and skills to repair all desktops, so we can offer the same staff and service levels as you would experience with a warranty repair. Where we differ to our competition is that because we have the accreditations and training it means we can offer a fixed labour fee for all repairs, and we can take advantage of super low cost parts direct from the manufacturers – which other none accredited repair centres cannot.
