To enable us to handle your call efficiently, please have the following details ready before you call.

  • CUSTOMER: Please advise of your full customer name and post code of where the faulty equipment is located.
  • EQUIPMENT: Please supply the model type and serial number.
  • ASSET/SERIAL NO: (if applicable)
  • CONTACT NAME: Name of the lead person who is aware of the problem so that our engineer can call them for further information.
  • CONTACT NUMBER: Please supply the direct number or extension/mobile number.
  • FAULT DESCRIPTION: Please supply full details of the fault and also any site specific information, access restrictions and downtime.
  • CUSTOMERS CALL REFERENCE: Service Desk call reference where applicable.
